The first step is to install the Fetch program if you don't already have it. Fetch is the Macintosh program (there's an equivalent for PC's) that helps you connect, download, and upload files. Once the program is installed, restart your computer and launch the Fetch program.

When Fetch opens you will see a window (figure A). Enter the Host name: ftp.bennettgraphics.com and then enter your user ID and password. Leave the directory information blank and select the OK button.

A window will appear (figure B) that shows you a listing of all the folders available at Bennett Graphics. Double click on the folder that carries your company's name.

It will open your company's folder so that you can either put a file there or get a file from it. To put a file, select the Put File button and locate the file you want to send and select ok. To get a file, click once on any file or multiple files (shift click to select multiple files) and select Get File.

During the Put File and Get File actions a little dog will appear on the screen and will be running, also a time wheel will appear that will give you the time left to complete the transfer. And you're all done!
